Tugas 1 - Letter for Friend

Dear Jessy,
I am sorry because I didn’t send any news to you for a couple week.
There are many things to do here. Everything are fine. Well, hectic, but fine.
I’m glad to hear that you got your dream job. Tell me how
about your new job and your family too. I am missing you, Jessy. I missed many
moments that I did together with you.
I like my job. Hannes is a nicely boss. He always helped me if I have
difficulty to understand my job. Even now, I am studying in Indonesia Open
Learning University, he always supports me.
Next week is my brother’s wedding ceremony and I will come back to
Jakarta on September 25th, 2013. Could you pick me up at the airport? I want to
see you. Please reply my letter as soon as you can.

Tugas 2 - Experience (Simple Past Tense)
Sunday morning, I spent special time with my husband and my children in
response to the child’s complaint about my working schedule. We went to Ancol
Theme Park and arrived at 07.00 o’clock. The kids were interested in bicycles,
so we went to Bicycle Rental Shop near Atlantis. We took two bicycles with
double seats. I used one with my son and my husband used the other one with my
daughters. The kids enjoyed it so much. My oldest daughter took some funny pictures
with her camera while I or her father rode the bike. We returned the bicycles
at 08.00 o’clock.
My little daughter and my son swam in Beach Pool and I accompanied them.
Meanwhile, my husband and my big daughter went to take some photos around the
beach. They liked Beach Panorama view and wanted to create an album for it.
At 09.00 o’clock, we looked for a restaurant. The restaurant is not far
from Beach pool, so we just walked to get in there. My husband and children
ordered Mie Bakso, but I opted to order Nasi Goreng. We ate, had a nice
conversation and looked at some pictures of my daughter’s camera. Ultimately,
we decided to go home by reason of the children tired.
Tugas 3 - Write A Story Based on Comic
Garfield
After read the comic, Garfield feel
bored. With his bad appetite, Garfield was hungry again and again. So, he tried
to look for food. But, he didn’t want to get problem with Jon, who knew Garfield
just finished his lasagna about a half hour ago.
Garfield knew very well that Odie
always be a good reason to get what he want. It has been happened many times
that Odie’s sincerity was used by Garfield and Garfield gained the profit on
it.
So, Garfield asked Odie to play ball.
Odie always loves to play ball. He was so excited. Garfield threw the ball and
waited. Thereafter, Odie returned and brought the ball, on the plate of
spaghetti. Garfield looked happy when he saw what Odie brought. Not the ball actually,
but the spaghetti.
However, Jon was realized what actually
happened. He came and accused Garfield as the actor behind what Odie did.
With his guile, Garfield avoided Jon’s
accusation. He pretended that he only want to take the ball. And he threw the
ball one more time. But inside his mind, Garfield planned another thing. He
threw the ball toward a plate of garlic bread. Definately, Odie will come and
bring the ball, on the plate of garlic bread.
Jon knew there is something in Garfield’s mind. But he
just stared quizzically.
